Although essential oils are fat soluble, these oils can do not include fatty lipids or acids found in vegetable and animal oils. Today many products are totally synthetic where laps have
taken the essential and powerful constituents from nature’s best and reproduced
them in a lab. These are not the essential oil we are discussing. Essential
oils are made up of volatile aromatic compounds that are non-water-based phytochemicals.
While some value is obtainable through the manufacturing of these products it
is important that at best a few of the constituents that nature has provided in
essential oils is left behind and many filler materials are added instead.
